Foreign direct investment, Spain

Few indicators are as clearly positive as direct investment in a country. It portrays how attractive its economy is to foreign investors seeking to gain a foothold in a domestic company or to set up a new one. It shows the expectation of profit and then takes into account all the negative and positive factors that lead to this goal. The best source to quantify it is: International Monetary Fund, International Financial Statistics and Balance of Payments databases, World Bank, International Debt Statistics, and World Bank and OECD GDP estimates. (License : CC BY-4.0). Foreign direct investment, net inflows (% of GDP)  Visually, it can be seen that Spain tends to have relatively high levels of foreign direct investment. However, to this investment must be added domestic investment, the savings that are internally earmarked for investment.
